Delivery & Packaging
How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on all UAE orders within the city limit above AED250 purchase.
AED50 for all orders within the UAE and below AED250 purchase.
AED200 for GCC orders under 5kgs or we will quote your shipping cost based on your location.
Shipping fees for international orders will be quoted on individual basis.

Does Inostream deliver worldwide?

Yes, we will ship all over the world. International Delivery charges are calculated depending on the customer's zip code.
*Bulky items may require an additonal shipping fee. We will quote you shipping fees prior to processing your order if the order is above standard shipping.

When will my order be sent?

Orders placed by 3pm local time, Dubai, will be dispatched from that day.

When will my order arrive?

All orders should arrive between 1-2 business day from leaving us depending on your location. International delivery times will vary.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers.  However, if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unopened, unused and with labels intact.
